Condolence From: Your daughter
Condolence: Everyone knew my dad as a ball buster, but to me he was my dad. When I was little my brothers were off to college or hanging out with their friends so I spent most of my time with my dad and my mom. I would go on drives with my dad and I guess that is where I get my sense of direction from because it sure is not from my mom. When I started playing softball my dad would always be outside playing catch with me or taking me to the batting cages. Also, when I was cheerleading he would be picking me up from practice or standing out in the cold watching the games but most importantly watching me cheer. Some people don’t know this but me and my dad had one thing that we both loved and that was the ocean. When I was little my dad was the one to teach me how to ride a wave in not only by bodysurfing, but also riding on a boggie board. This year when on vacation it really hit me hard that I would not be able to enjoy the ocean with my dad like I did when I was younger. When Isabella is older I will teach her how to body surf and jump the waves just like my dad did when I was little
RIP dad. I love you, your little girl

Condolence From: Crystal
Condolence: Dad, I don’t know how this message thing works if these messages get sent right up to heaven so you know how I’m feeling but I had to try... Almost immediately after meeting you, you were dad, not just to Joey, Brian and Lisa but to me too.. you called me your adopted daughter and even if it was a joke it meant everything to me.. from
Our many trips to Atlantic City to my countless sleepovers with Lisa you and mom were always there treating me
Like family.. And every year I could count on two text from you. One on birthday and The other on my favorite holiday St Patrick’s day☘️.. and when I told you I was pregnant with twin girls you immediately knew what we should name them, Georgina and Georgette. And then those two texts a year turned to three to wish “Georgina and Georgette a very happy birthday”.. I will miss those messages every year and all the laughs we have had over the years. But I will never forget how you made me feel like family.. xoxo your adopted daughter Crystal

Condolence: So many memories in 46 years. From the tme you came to NY to help load the truck for my move to Massachusetts, to your trips north for Sal’s birthdays, one was even during a bad snowstorm. Our trip out west for Joe & Laurie’s wedding, Christmas parties and family functions that you never missed except when it became too hard for you to travel. You had your quirks as all of us do but you were my brother. Rest in peace George. ❤️
